Because protecting the environment is a shared responsibility, and every action counts towards a future more sustainable and more respectful of our planet.

This is what gives our commitment its meaning. Small or large, every contribution counts — and it is by adding them up that we take part in everyone’s development.
Supporting education in Ethiopia
In the Jimma region of Ethiopia, ALTI TRADING funded the construction of a classroom with the association Soleil d’Éthiopie, which has been working on access to education and water for more than twenty years.
The classroom brought thirty more children into a school that now takes close to 450 pupils. Beyond the building, we wanted to contribute to something just as essential: a daily meal for every child, often the only one of their day. Thanks to the money raised, those meals are now part of the school day.
In all, €10,000 went into the project. Two members of our team travelled out to take part in the work, meet the pupils and see the result for themselves.
It is the action that reflects our thinking most closely: putting our energy, our means and our commitment behind projects that carry meaning and hope.

Giving children wings
Every year the Angers-Marcé flying club runs “Ailes et Sourires Angevins”, a day that brings together children with disabilities and children without, around a shared passion: flying.
ALTI TRADING helped fund the event, which gives about sixty children a day they remember — games, creative workshops, and for those who want it, a twenty-minute first flight aboard one of the club’s aircraft.
Run with several towns and local institutions, the day is built around inclusion, exchange and awareness, in a setting that is kind and joyful.
We are proud to have helped, at our scale, a day carried by volunteers who give it everything.

When driving becomes an act of solidarity
We believe an adventure means most when it is put at the service of others. So we funded a crew taking part in the 4L Trophy, a charity rally across the Moroccan desert.
Far more than a race, the 4L Trophy is a humanitarian mission: every crew carries school supplies, sports equipment or medical material in their vehicle, distributed afterwards to children and to local associations.
It is also an education in itself — self-reliance, resourcefulness, pushing past your own limits, all of it for a cause that deserves it.
Supporting it means helping open the way to a better future for hundreds of children in Morocco, and passing on what we think matters: solidarity, commitment, and action that is actually taken.

Standing behind World Cleanup Day
For World Cleanup Day, the ALTI TRADING team went out into the streets of Angers to collect litter and to talk about looking after the place we live in.
For half a day, bags in hand, we cleaned several polluted areas of the city centre.
Beyond the ecological side, it strengthened the team, opened a conversation about the small daily habits that add up, and was a reminder that every effort counts, however simple.
By acting locally, we believe we can take part in something global — more respectful of the planet, and of the people living on it.

Simple habits, lasting impact
Committing to a better future also means looking again at what we do every day.
We chose to run on 100% renewable electricity, supplied by French producers from hydro, wind and solar. A small gesture at our scale, and our way of encouraging a transition that has to happen — and of limiting our own impact, day after day.
It does not stop there. We fit out our offices responsibly: low-consumption bulbs, less waste, digital tools instead of paper wherever that works, and more sustainable ways of working together.
Because every action, however small, counts towards a world that is more careful and more aware.

At ALTI TRADING, we sincerely believe a company can — and should — have a part to play beyond its own business.
Contributing to causes we care about, supporting human, educational and environmental projects: it became obvious. Not because it is fashionable, but because it is aligned with who we are. Over time, those commitments have become part of our identity.
Every course we share, every member who joins us, contributes — directly or indirectly — to moving useful, concrete projects forward.
This is not a pose. It is a genuine intention: to build a company that means something, for the people who work in it, for the people who learn from it, and for everyone our actions may one day do some good.
